Jobs Description: 1. Working closely with the management team to carry out HR strategies which includes current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning. 2. Handle end to end recruitment process, including interviewing, hiring, and onboarding

3. Review and implement HR policies throughout the organization 4. Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent. 5. Administer health and life insurance programs

6. Create and implement training and development plans 7. Perform monthly payroll 8. Process employees' queries and respond in a timely manner

9. Perform timely updates of information in HRMS system 10. Plan annual performance review sessions 11. Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.

12. Maintains compliance with employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance. 13. Handle general office administration 14. Performs other duties as assigned.

Jobs Requirement: Minimum Diploma in related field 2-3 years' relevant experience in Singapore

Possess good initiative, able to manage projects independently and be a team player Familiar with local employment regulations

Good interpersonal and communication skill
