  • Responsible for the daily operational activities in the restaurant.

  • Food preparation such as bubble tea/beverages/pearls/fruits/toppings etc.
  • Cashiering and counter duties.
  • Establish good rapport with customers and handle customers' request professionally and promptly.
  • Drive beverage sales across all product categories.
  • Increase productivity of the tea/beverage bar.
  • Provide effective teamwork to ensure that sales targets and service standards are met.
  • Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events.
  • Assist the restaurant services such as hosting, serving food, customer service as and when assigned by the Manager
  • Ensure all duties performed are according to the company policies and protocols set by the Company.
  • Ensure compliance in health, hygiene and safety legislation and guidelines.

Job Requirements:

  • Full-Time: From $2000/month, 44 hours including weekends and public holidays per week
  • Part-Time: From $12/hour, flexible hour and based on business needs
  • Perform similar job duties in tea/beverage in F&B industry will be advantageous
  • General product knowledge on the know-how of the tea/beverage
  • Comfortable in handling non-halal food ingredients and products
