We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented part-time Event Coordinator to join our team. As an
Event Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our
events. This is an exciting opportunity
for someone who is passionate about making a positive and meaningful impact to
our members and eager to contribute to a team's success.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate a range of outdoor and indoor
    activities/events including outings, workshops, talks that serve the needs of
    our customers.
  • Handle attendance record and ensure the customers'
    safety during the transportation process to the event destination.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and act as a
    primary point of contact for our customers throughout event coordination and
    execution process.
  • Be present on-site during the event to ensure
    everything runs smoothly and resolve unexpected problems in real time.
  • Provide on-site support during events, assisting with
    registration, customers' inquiries, communication with customers.
  • Regularly engage and communicate with customers to
    understand their needs, identify gaps and make recommendations to enhance their
    experience.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and
    customers to ensure smooth coordination of event activities.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE N/O Level
  • 1 Year in a similar role preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and work well in a team
  • Customer service orientated
  • Proficient in using digital tool such as mobile phone
    app

Work week

  • Minimum 3 days from Monday to Friday.
