Gym Receptionist

JOB OVERVIEW: Reporting to the Club Manager, this role will involve acting as the first point of contact for visitors to The Swaga Gym. You will be responsible for ensuring our members and guests receive a warm and friendly welcome and any queries are dealt with in an efficient and professional manner. The candidate will also deal with membership and sales enquries.PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITY AREAS1. To provide excellent customer service to our members and guests.2. To deal with membership and sales enquiries.MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES1. Build a good rapport and relationship with all our members and guests.2. Deal with customer enquiries in a friendly and efficient manner.3. Ensure that all financial transactions are completed systematically.4. To actively promote and sell the various classes we have available.5. Maintain and update the membership database system.6. Monitor safety and enjoyment of our customers whilst using the club facilities.7. Any other adhoc duties assigned by The Swaga Gym Management.QUALIFICATIONS1. Have a friendly and professional approach.2. First Aid Qualification desirable but not essential.3. IT Skills including Outlook, Word and Excel.4. Outgoing and confident with people of all ages.5. Able to work shifts.6. Must be able to speak and write English effectively.7. Minimum qualification is GCE 'O' Level.OPENING HOURS: Monday - Sunday, 9am - 9pm.
