Supply Chain

Our Supply Chain team ensures inventory meets customer demand by coordinating supply planning, sourcing, making, inventory management, packaging, and delivery in collaboration with Marketing, Finance, and Manufacturing teams. The goal is to get products to the right customer, at the right place, and at the right time.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Demand and Replenishment Planning:

  • Collect forecast assumptions from the Commercial team and understand demand drivers.
  • Cleanse demand data, review statistical demand forecasts, and make adjustments based on the latest marketing intel.
  • Facilitate Monthly Demand Review, identify risks, assess sales impact, and commit to demand forecast.
  • Monitor inventory levels, identify supply issues, and ensure timely creation of Sales and Purchase Orders.
  • Support new product launches, manage planning parameters, and review supply chain KPIs.

Subject Matter Expert and Super User:

  • Act as the first point of contact for demand-supply system/process issues.
  • Support system enhancements, facilitate discussions, provide expertise to stakeholders, and analyze root causes.
  • Consolidate feedback and solutions for improvement.

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering, pharmacy, data analytics, or science.
  • Min 5 years of experience in demand planning and fulfillment management.
  • Good understanding of Business dynamics and Supply Chain.
  • APICS CPIM or CSCP certification desirable.
  • Experience in Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, FMCG, or Chemical manufacturing preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems, advanced Excel/Power BI, and Kinaxis Rapid Response.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and drive process improvements.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable to change, and willing to travel as needed.
