Handle passengers' retail enquiries and attend to passengers with shopping needs (face to face, messages, video, live chats) within Changi transit area- Provide shopping recommendations, brand and product information and alert passengers to promotions- Moving within transit areas to assists passengers with any enquiries/help - iChangi Rewards Prog, flight info, trolleys, refund procedures, etc- Managing concierge duties- Assisting guests in wayfinding- Other ad-hoc duties

Requirements:- Team player & able to adapt in a fast-paced environment- Experience in customer service, retail service is an added advantage
