Job Description:

As a Call Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, providing exceptional customer service and initial consultation. Your role is critical in understanding clients' needs, answering their queries, and guiding them through the initial stages of our consultancy services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients, providing information about our services and answering initial inquiries.
• Conduct preliminary consultations to understand clients' needs and assess their eligibility for our services.
• Perform call consultations and secure appointments with prospects.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure they are well-informed and supported throughout the initial stages of the process.
• Accurately log client interactions and update records in our CRM system.
• Engage and establish relationships with prospects from the daily assigned pool of leads.
• Achieve monthly targets and KPIs.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and service during calls and text communications with prospects.
• Manage appointment cancellations and reschedule new appointments with prospects promptly.
• Attend to calls and email inquiries.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor or the management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 0 to 1 years of experience in sales calls and closing.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with Chinese language fluency required to attend to Chinese clients.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment, handling high pressure and stress.
• Ability to work harmoniously in a team environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
• Working experience in the Singapore market is highly desirable.
• Availability to start immediately is preferred.

• Days: Monday - Friday
• Hours: Office hours
• Week: 5 days/week
