Locations: Clementi, Chao Chu Kang, Yishun, Sengkang, Jookoon, Bedok, Pasir Ris, Serangoon
Salary: Basic $2,150 - $2,250 + Allowance $200
Working Days & Hours - Working days: 6 days work week - Working hours: 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm (Rotated shift)Job Description
Service Crew: - Greet customers, take orders and proceed cashiering duties
Responsible for food preparation and coffee making - Cleaning of plates/ table after customers have consumed the food - Washing of plates and cups - Other duties assigned
Kitchen Crew (Western/ Chee Cheong Fun/ Bak Chor Mee) - Prepare basic, washing, peeling, chopping and cutting raw items
Rearrange walk chiller and freezer raw materials based on FIFO
Prepare raw materials for the next meal
Provide quality service if serving is required
Ensure the kitchen surrounding areas are cleaned properly
Handles all equipment and utensils the proper way and clean as you go
Track, record and replenish inventory as needed
Requirements: - Possess food hygiene certificate - Able to stand long hours
Able to work on rotating shifts and weekends
