Department Manager, Warehouse

A leading multinational 3PL firm is looking for an experienced Department Manager, Warehouse to lead and manage the commercial activities and team here in Singapore.
About the Role:
Your main responsibility as the Department Manager, Warehouse is to manage all commercial activities including building and maintaining the relationship with key clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Drives organizational alignment and commitment against Company vision, strategy and priorities Achieves financial objectives by supporting the preparation of an annual budget Encourages teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met Developing sales strategies and identifying business opportunities including organic growth with existing clients Develop and conduct training to improve team's capability Manage team's daily operational mattersTo succeed in this role, you must have experience in extensive experience and proven track record in sales and as a leader.
Key Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent with 5 years of managerial experience Strong knowledge of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Good leadership with experience in leading a team Strong business acumen, decision making and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsThis company is a market leader and has won numerous awards.
