E-Commerce Executive Job description:- Lead web merchandising team to fulfill orders and exceed customer expectations.- Strategize and execute online campaigns across multiple e-Commerce platforms to boost sales.- Maintain and optimize online portals, including inventory management and campaign execution.- Collaborate with web designers to enhance website usability and design.- Monitor e-platform functionality and conduct regular website checks.- Analyze eCommerce KPIs and past performance to enhance marketing effectiveness.- Evaluate partnership opportunities and revise order fulfillment processes.- Drive e-commerce sales growth through innovative marketing initiatives.- Manage digital marketing campaigns and social media activities.- Generate new ideas for marketing campaigns and assess competitor activities.- Coordinate with Finance and Sales teams for reconciliation and sales targets alignment.Job requirements: - Diploma/Degree or relevant sales experience required, with proficiency in Excel for calculations, data linking, and other Microsoft Office applications.- Must have 1-2 years of experience with e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Redmart, etc., and be fluent in English and Mandarin for customer support.- Positive attitude, ability to multitask, and self-discipline are essential, along with experience in web merchandising, retailing, market analysis, and website management.- Should be self-motivated, able to work independently, and possess excellent communication skills.**Singaporeans & PRs only**
