with the aim of delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Job Description:

The essential tasks of Field Support Engineer consist of, but are not limited to the following:

  • Assist
    in start-up, contract maintenance, and other service operations, with a
    strong emphasis on safety and security protocols.
  • Perform
    regular preventive maintenance, logging, and executing warranty repairs as
    needed.
  • Engage
    in servicing and repairing personnel protection equipment (PPE), safety protocols,
    emergency responses, addressing breakdown calls, and supporting ad-hoc
    projects.
  • Efficiently
    oversee and manage all work orders until the fulfilment stage by
    collaborating closely with the Service team.
  • Liaison
    with relevant stakeholders in addressing inquiries, technical issues, status
    updates, and deliveries.
  • Ensure
    equipment turnaround time and breakdown responses are maintained at an optimal
    level of efficiency.
  • Deliver
    effective communication to all internal and external stakeholders using
    clear and concise language, both in written and verbal formats.
  • Fulfill
    Workplace Safety & Health responsibilities and activities as directed.

­Requirements:

  • Minimum an NTC-2 or Diploma in
    Mechanical/Electro-Mechanical Engineering with relevant experience
  • Preferably 1 to 2 years' experience
    in service/engineering position in relevant industry
  • Good analytical and communication skills
  • Able to undertake weekend or odd
    hours work when required
  • Customer service oriented
  • Good team player
