Marsh is seeking candidates for the following position based in our Singapore office:

Assistant Broking Executive

We will count on you to:

  • Support senior brokers in their activities, transacting risks from the Asia region as well as risks from Europe & US.
  • Perform related calculations and efficiently use IT systems.
  • Prepare underwriting submissions and design reinsurance program strategies.
  • Process closing documentation following each transaction.
  • Provide account servicing and administration support.
  • Demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Work independently and take ownership of your responsibilities.

What you need to have:

  • Degree holder or Diploma holder in their early career.
  • Strong service orientation and good interpersonal skills.
  • A team-player who is willing to share and learn with the team members.
  • Possess a positive attitude and initiative.
  • Resourceful and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

What makes you stand out?

  • Previous experience in broking or insurance industry.
  • Additional certifications or qualifications related to broking or insurance.
  • Knowledge of reinsurance and program design.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
