Job Overview
We are looking to hire a hard-working, customer-oriented retail product specialist to ensure the smooth running of in-store retail operations. The specialist's responsibilities include welcoming customers to our shop, understanding customers' needs and recommending the right products, ensuring the cleanliness of the store is maintained and managing inventory. You should also be able to identify customers' needs and recommend suitable shop items that best satisfy their needs. All product and customer training will be provided.
Job Responsibilities
- •Handle inquiries through phone calls or WhatsApp
•Send follow-up and check-in messages to existing clients to check on their well-being
•Receiving, processing, and organizing shipments and deliveries accordingly.
•Restocking depleted or low shop items and ensuring that the sales floor is organized according to established guidelines.
•Perform foot scans and recommend the right products for customers
•Operate 3D printer to custom make insoles
•Addressing and resolving customers' complaints in a professional manner.
•Stocktaking to ensure that inventory is accurate
•Send messages to reach out to business partners and follow up with necessary materials and information.
