You will be responsible for planning, developing, and promoting industrial facilities to assist the local automotive industry in their shift towards Electric Vehicles adoption.
Your role will involve overseeing customer leases and offering assistance to our customers operating within these facilities and on their expansion journey. This includes establishing partnerships with our clients, cultivating mutually beneficial relationships, and conducting research to grasp industry requirements.
You will engage in a diverse range of tasks such as:
- Developing marketing strategies
- Conceiving new products
- Launching and promoting products
- Managing budgets
- Reviewing policies
Your responsibilities will also cover supervising estate and property maintenance issues.
You will handle various operational aspects including:
- Tenancy/lease management for automotive estates such as Sin Ming, Alexandra/Leng Kee, Ubi
- Marketing JTC's new developments to automotive MNCs and SMEs
- Identifying infrastructure needs for SMEs in the domestic automotive sector
Moreover, you will contribute to policy development by:
- Providing insights for designing land and space policies
- Communicating JTC policies to government partners, industry associations, and local companies
To qualify, you should have a background in Real Estate, Geography, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields, with at least 2 years of relevant work experience. Strong interpersonal, communication, and strategic thinking skills are essential. You should also be able to work both independently and in a team, demonstrating a positive and resilient attitude. Being resourceful, a problem solver, and capable of multitasking are key traits for this role.
