Job Overview

As an Account Specialist, you'll be joining a team of motivated individuals revolutionizing the industry. You will be responsible for closing deals and driving revenue growth. You will have to take the leads generated, present Factorem's services and technology to potential clients, negotiate terms, and finalize sales agreements. We are looking for a proactive go-getter with a passion to understand user needs, provide an 11-star experience to all customers and encourage repeat customers. You will also have opportunities to deeply engage with internal and external stakeholders in mobilizing change and drive commercial success in a fast-paced startup environment. Job Responsibilities
  • Receive leads from the Lead Generation team and identify new business opportunities
  • Conduct introductory and discovery sessions to potential clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • You are Factorem's brand ambassador and first point of contact for all customers, driving the sales process from initial contact to closing.
  • Finalize sales agreements and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure seamless experience and repeat business.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, ensuring timely data inputs for decision-making
  • Respond promptly to lead enquiries through various social media channels and new signups through Platform
  • Continuously seek ways to improve the sales process and client experience, including proposing platform features to the software development team.
Job Requirements - Who You Are
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive/Specialist or in a similar sales and have experience working in startups
  • Customer Centric: You get energy from talking to people, love to build relationships, and take pride in making Factorem clients successful.
  • Can-do attitude Problem Solver: you have the aptitude and attitude to solve complex problems and execute. You see a problem, arrive at a solution quickly, and know what it takes to get things done.
  • Language: Fluent in written and spoken English; Bonus if you have the ability to converse in Mandarin
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Google Suite / MS Office and with computers in general
  • Independent, responsible and takes ownership of work
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying highly organized and managing time efficiently
  • Strong interpersonal, accountability and team-player skills
Preferred (but not a must)
  • Ability to converse in Mandarin
  • You have an aptitude of 'hunting' for prospective customers
  • Strong data analysis skills to navigate spreadsheets and identify trends, correlations that contribute to data-driven decisions for the company
  • Experience communicating technical information to non-technical stakeholders
