We are an established international company distributing cosmetics brands, and have vacancy for the below-mentioned position.
Admin and Inventory Control Clerk
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock in an organized manner.
- Keep sales records up-to-date as required.
- Pick, pack, and verify stock for distribution to dealers.
- Handle and process online sales.
- Generate invoices and delivery orders for dealers and online sales.
- Assist in loading and unloading stock and gifts at our headquarters and warehouse.
- Ensure the stockroom remains tidy and well-organized.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Basic proficiency in English.
- Proficient in computer operation.
- Good work attitude.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willing to accept transfers to other positions within the company.
