About you:

You are an individual with:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a business or finance field. An MBA degree would be advantageous.
  • 3 – 8 years of professional experience in a transformation or consulting role within the Financial Services sector.
  • Relevant experience and skills in Transformation Management Support, Functional Supp-NCU/Migrations/Backlog, etc.
  • A proven track record in management consulting, engaging with business and operations transformation issues for clients.
  • The experience and skills needed to derive insights, develop initiatives, and involve stakeholders from various functions to establish strategic directions and reasons that lead to operational change and implementation.
  • The willingness and ability to take the initiative and learn independently.
  • Emotional intelligence: a strong ability to build trusting relationships that foster openness and trust, collaborate in team environments with colleagues and clients, and maintain a balance between inquiry and advocacy in all interactions.
  • Comfort in tackling challenging issues without a clear-cut "correct" answer; remaining patient in the face of uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity.
  • The capability to handle multiple, overlapping tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Readiness to work in a fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure entrepreneurial atmosphere.
  • Team player with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
