Responsibilities:

• Prepare new systems for new
  staff/take back systems for leaving staff.
• Provide 1st level / 2nd level
  support to end-users in troubleshooting and resolving of desktop PC, servers,
  network problems.
• Diagnose and perform repairs on
  equipment and solutions and ensure that relevant updates and patches are
  applied accordingly to the system.
• Maintain the manifest list of
  PCs per user and service records in the Company.
• Provide assistance for any
  faulty system in the Company.
• Assist with website maintenance
  and updates using CMS platforms such as WordPress - Basic HTML and CSS.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as
  assigned.

Requirements:

• Min. NITEC in IT related
  discipline.
• Minimum 1 years of help desk or
  technical support experience.
• Basic technical knowledge of
  computer hardware, software, and networking.
• Able to work independently with
  minimum supervision.
