Responsibilities:
- Ensure daily administrative operations such as invoices, delivery orders and bookkeeping are carried out
- Timely administrative reporting
- Attend to calls from and provide customer support for customers and suppliers
- Coordinate sales deliverables with our suppliers and clients
- Manage inventories and checking inwards and outwards stocks
- Ensure timely collection of clients' sales payment (AR & AP)
- Handle E-Commerce platforms and enquiries
- Ensure smooth operations for the company
- Provide secretarial and support to supervisor
- Carry out any other tasks as required by supervisor
Job Requirement:
- Able to work independently and under fast paced environment
- Possesses good memory and clear minded
- Good analytical and leadership skills
- Positive work attitude
- Strong in Excel
- Meticulous
- Resourceful
- Minimum 1 years relevant experience
- Able to converse in Mandarin
- 5.5 work days
Qualifications:
- Diploma & above
Remuneration:
- $1800 - $2500
