Responsibilities:

  • Ensure daily administrative operations such as invoices, delivery orders and bookkeeping are carried out
  • Timely administrative reporting
  • Attend to calls from and provide customer support for customers and suppliers
  • Coordinate sales deliverables with our suppliers and clients
  • Manage inventories and checking inwards and outwards stocks
  • Ensure timely collection of clients' sales payment (AR & AP)
  • Handle E-Commerce platforms and enquiries
  • Ensure smooth operations for the company
  • Provide secretarial and support to supervisor
  • Carry out any other tasks as required by supervisor

Job Requirement:

  • Able to work independently and under fast paced environment
  • Possesses good memory and clear minded
  • Good analytical and leadership skills
  • Positive work attitude
  • Strong in Excel
  • Meticulous
  • Resourceful
  • Minimum 1 years relevant experience
  • Able to converse in Mandarin
  • 5.5 work days

Qualifications:

  • Diploma & above

Remuneration:

  • $1800 - $2500
