Our extensive one-year program is specifically designed to empower talented and ambitious graduates like you with valuable hands-on experience, exposure to industry experts, and a diverse array of projects to enhance your skills and deepen your knowledge of the ICT industry.

Under the Cybersecurity Engineer track, you will oversee, monitor, ensure compliance, and analyze the security systems of business services and solutions. Successful candidates will undergo rigorous training and have the chance to gain globally recognized certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and other security-related certifications based on their chosen path and interests.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality technical solutions to clients and uphold work standards with a customer-centric approach
  • Take charge of a segment of installations, resolve issues, and handle problem management
  • Learn to leverage automated tools for staging, pre-loading configurations, and on-site deployment, improving automation skills
  • Collaborate with the Implementation Engineering team to meet client needs
  • Handle less complex configurations, installations, and issue resolution
  • Analyze security-related data and incidents, escalate issues for validation and resolution
  • May require flexible working hours, including occasional overtime or non-traditional shifts

Requirements:

  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Recent graduate or less than 3 years of work experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Capable of independently prioritizing tasks and working under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Team-oriented, resourceful, with strong analytical skills as a plus
  • Exposure to areas like:
  • Basic cybersecurity concepts and design
  • Routing or switching technology
  • TCP/IP or Firewall, Intrusion prevention concepts
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies
