Job Details:
- Working hours: 9-10 working hours (2 hrs of unpaid break time) between 7am to 12am
- Day Shift Pay Rate: $12/hr
- Night Shift Pay Rate: $15/hr
- Location: Changi Terminals 1,3,4
Job Descriptions:
- Promote the use of the mobile payment app in Changi Airport Transit area (Terminal 1, 3 and 4).
- Proactively reach out to Singapore travelers and assist them to download and activate the app.
- Provide referral code before completing the registration of Liquid Account.
- Top up via PayNow.
- Facilitate the redemption of premiums upon successful top up into Liquid Account.
- Ensure timely replenishment of premiums when running low.
- To distribute marketing collaterals to identified Singapore travelers.
- Answer FAQs and troubleshooting for the app.
