Reporting to the F&B Operations Manager, the incumbent shall be responsible to: -

  • Responsible for handling food and beverage orders and serving guest.
  • Upsell food & beverages to optimize revenue.
  • Anticipate guests' needs and deliver service promptly.
  • Ensure that mis-en-place / side stations are all set up with food items, non-food items such as crockery and tableware before the shift commences.
  • Maintain cleanliness and upkeep the outlet outlook at all times.
