RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Report to the Regional Head to ensure compliance with the Payment Services Act 2019 and relevant regulations in Singapore, alongside internal compliance policies and standards.
- Oversee and implement procedures governing the company's compliance program, focusing on AML/KYC processes.
- Collaborate with regulatory authorities, address inquiries promptly, and proactively communicate compliance issues.
- Deliver training on Singapore regulatory requirements and provide guidance to the SG team and management on compliance matters.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree holder with a minimum of 4 years of compliance experience in banking or financial services.
- In-house compliance experience in a payment or financial services business is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of PSA is essential for this role.
