Division Overview Customer Services is an integral part of Adenza\'s growth and success. This division\'s mission is to continuously enhance the Adenza Customer experience in how they consume the Adenza software and services, using a strategic customer-centric approach focused on driving customer adoption and retention. Team and Role Overview

The Consultant will be assigned to an implementation team to assist the client in implementing our software. This person will work closely with the Solutions Architect and be tasked with suggesting solutions and analyzing financial data for implementation. This person will also be knowledgeable in regulatory reporting and will provide recommendations and guidelines to clients on best practices for solutions in our software.

Responsibilities Analyzing financial regulatory requirements and their impact on our clients Prepare business requirements and specs writing for the functional requirement of the scope of work Designing and Developing solutions to the regulation and risk requirements in our proprietary software Work creatively with customers and colleagues to deploy high-end maintainable and future proof Regulatory reporting solutions Interfacing directly with clients on all levels (PM, BA, Test, Business Users) to understand their unique needs and the structure of their data and information systems to tailor the solution to each specific case Support Delivery Manager during project execution with regular project updates Implement Regulatory reporting solutions based on best practices and advise clients on the most suitable solutions as per their needs Skills And Requirements MBA with a concentration in technology, finance, or accounting is preferred Has a B.S, in technology, accounting, finance, or similar field At least 2 years of consulting experience and working directly with clients in regulatory requirements Excellent Troubleshooting Skills Excellent Interpersonal and client-facing skills Is proficient in Microsoft Excel and have strong analytical skills. Is service-focused and can communicate clearly with client personnel at any level, from technical staff to executive project leadership Is an expert with financial statements, accounting, and G/L systems. SQL skills and experience using query tools such as SQL Developer is a plus Strong attention to detail and highly analytical A proven track record in configuring and implementing Fintech software More About Us
