Duration: 6 months (renewable subject to your performance)
Working Location: Jurong East
Working hours: 08.00am – 5.00pm (Monday, Thursday & Friday), 08.00am – 12.00pm (Tuesday & Wednesday) – 32 hours per week
Job Responsibilities
- Provide administration and operational support at Eye Clinic.
- Staff will be trained and certified by Optometrist to carry out Visual Acuity (VA) Tests for patients.
- Staff will be expected to perform VA tests to patients and record in the NGEMR system.
- Ambassador to promote health related messages to patients and encourage sign up of Healthcare App/ HealthierSG.
- Other administrative role such as data entry/ calling of patients for appointment as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Higher Nitec, Diploma or equivalent
- Keen to work in healthcare environment
- Passionate and willing to help
- Customer- oriented
- Able to cope with fast-paced working environment.
- Possess good PC skills
