Job Scope:

  • Serve as the primary contact between customers and warehouse operators (both external and internal stakeholders) for shipment arrangements
  • Promptly respond to customer and supplier inquiries via phone or email regarding day-to-day operations
  • Ensure all inbound and outbound documents and information are communicated to warehouse operators through email and other communication channels
  • Verify that warehouse operators accurately input data and complete Warehouse Management System inventory transactions within the designated timeline, maintaining stock accuracy
  • Coordinate and monitor daily inbound and outbound container trucking with customers
  • Enter data for monthly billing in Excel files
