Job Description
- Perform nursing duties like patient monitoring, checking and recording of patient vitals, documentation, and performing ward rounds.
- Coordinate with the doctors and co-nurses and assist them with the hospital procedures.
- Provide counselling to patients and answer enquiries.
- Administer medications and dressing.
- Prepare reports and refer patients to hospital or relevant specialist if necessary.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
- Nitec/Diploma/Degree in Nursing
- with valid SNB & BCLS
- Proficient in Phlebotomy & IV Cannulation are advantageous
- Able to work in a fast pace environment.
- Team player.
