Product Manager – Shipping

Job overview and Team:Seeking a skilled product management professional to contribute to the Shipping / Freight & Commodity Flows team within S&P Global Commodity Insights' Fuels, Chemicals & Resource Solutions group. You will assist in developing and executing road maps for a digital portfolio of commodity, fleet, freight, and trade-related information offerings, collaborating with research, technology, and commercial teams to solve problems for customers.
The Impact: Work closely with product management leadership, research, and technology teams to develop and execute product roadmaps, aligned with customer feedback and broader strategy, using Agile methodology and project management tools effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on priorities and feedback
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify requirements and prioritize feature development
- Assist in executing roadmaps for commodity and freight trading tools, analytics dashboards, and more
- Support technology teams in platform development using project management skills
- Define success metrics, use data for decision-making, and present technical viewpoints
- Demonstrate platform achievements to stakeholders through effective communication
What we're looking for:
Experience:
- 3+ years in product management with system design and agile software development background
- Strong project management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Experience in Agile Scrum and Lean methodologies
- Excellent communication skills, preferably Mandarin language fluency

- Willingness to work remotely and across time zones
Occasional travel required.
