  • Participating actively in budgeting activities to support strategic financial planning efforts.
  • Assisting in government grant applications, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Contributing to monthly inventory checks to monitor stock levels and support decision-making.
  • Preparing monthly payroll for about 10 employees with timely and accurate processing.
  • Engaging in effective communication with financial institutions to facilitate seamless transactions.
  • Participating in meetings with financial institutions to discuss financial strategies and investment opportunities.
  • Gathering data on capital market products to assist in investment decision-making and portfolio performance optimization.

Operational responsibilities (60%)

  • Serving as the primary contact point, handling customer inquiries through email and phone.
  • Accurately processing sales orders to ensure prompt product delivery to customers.
