HR Executive (6 Months Contract for Maternity Cover)

Period of Contract:

July 2024 – December 2024

Salary:

~$3,500 - $4,000

Roles & Responsibilities:

Administers end-to-end process of recruitment (e.g. sourcing, scheduling, processing of recruitment invoices, and handling of employment contracts)

Setting up of p-files and updating records in the system

Manages cessation process (e.g. preparing acceptance of resignation letters and conducting exit interviews)

Participate in company events/projects as assigned

Requirements:

Degree holder, preferably in HR discipline

Minimum 2 – 3 years of relevant working experience

Knowledge in SAP and SuccessFactors will be advantageous

Kindly take note that you will be employed under DYNAMIC HUMAN CAPITAL and will be working with our business partners for the above mentioned project.
