Service crew job description:

  • Greet and serve customers, include providing menu recommendations.
  • Take customer orders via Point-of-Sale system.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers promptly.
  • Response & resolve customers inquires and escalate any feedback to manager.
  • Ensure good customer experience by providing excellent service.
  • Maintain neat & tidy appearance by adhering to our corporate dress code.
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of kiosk outlet.

Job requirements:

  • No prior experience needed. Training will be provided.
