We are looking for an outstanding candidate to enhance our business development and sales department by providing both back office and front desk support.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the business development team in opening accounts for new clients, as well as updating account documents of existing clients
  • Liaise with prospects and existing clients and address their requests.
  • Co-operate with the business development team and other team members as needed for day-to-day operations and for long term business planning.
  • Verify on a regular basis that all client transactions records and documents are accurate.
  • Arrange cold calls to track potential clients and partners
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting agendas and other required items
  • Review and organize notes after client meetings and coordinate any follow up actions
  • Follow up on sales leads
  • Maintain meaningful relationships with partners and referring parties.
  • Attend networking events if needed, and assist in organizing events on behalf of the company

Skills and Qualifications

  1. Minimum 2 years work experience preferably in sales and business development
  2. ITE / Diploma equivalent
  3. Highly Independent, self-motivated and self-disciplined
  4. Willing to learn, a positive and respectful attitude
  5. Able to set priorities, an efficient and well organized person
  6. Good networking skills
  7. Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
  8. A team player
  9. Experience working with financial advisors, private bankers or asset managers is a plus
  10. Experienced in providing services to high end clients is a plus (B2C)
  11. Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  12. Proficiency in Chinese writing/speaking is an advantage
