Salon Manager

Hyba Ladies Lounge is committed to
develop an upcoming trend of Hair Styling and Hair Spa in an all-ladies
environment. We are seeking for an experienced Hairstylist cum Assistant
Manager with demonstrated creativity and talent to style, treat, cut and provide
a rewarding and satisfying customer experience, while developing a lasting and
fulfilling relationship with clients. Our ideal candidate will manage junior
hairstylists, including training, motivating and leading new hires, motivatign
and leading, while confidently guiding our clients through styling decision and
products.

1. Lead and motivate a team of hair
stylists to provide excellent service to clients;

2. Maximizing revenue and achieve
daily targets by advocating hair products and cross-selling services

3. Confering with clients on styling
options and listening to their needs as well as understanding their hair type
to determine their preferences and best suited treatment and/or styles

4. Explaining different hair care
products and their benefits and suitability

5. Cutting, Shampooing, Colouring,
Perming and etc;

6. Scalp treatment;

7. Building personal relationship with
customers to ensure return visits;

8. Adhering to salon safety and
cleanliness standards;

9. Maintaining exceptional customer
service and a welcoming yet relaxing atmosphere

10. Oversee inventory stocks and
purchases; manage and control

11. Managing attendance file
scheduling

12. Training and leading junior hair
stylists
