Job Scope :

  • Proactively reaching out to Singapore travelers, offering guidance on downloading essential travel apps.
  • Assisting passengers in setting up accounts for exclusive benefits.
  • Guiding travelers through the process of topping up their accounts via convenient payment methods.
  • Facilitating the redemption of exclusive rewards for travelers who successfully complete account setup and top-up.
  • Providing helpful information, addressing common questions, and troubleshooting any issues related to travel convenience services.
  • Answer FAQs and troubleshooting
