Job Description

Manage all legal affairs by providing legal analysis, strategies, and solutions to ensure all business activities and teams are legally sound, effectively balancing risks with the achievement of business objectives.Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements, including those with clients, suppliers, employees, and other stakeholders.Identifying legal risks and developing strategies to mitigate or manage them.Providing legal training to employees and management to increase awareness of legal issues and compliance. The Successful Applicant At least 10 years' experience in the legal leadership role with broader experience in contract negotiations.Possess a strong business acumen and a comprehensive comprehension of how legal matters impact organisations.Must be UAE National.
