Automobile Front Desk Receptionist

Job Description:

  • Ensure the guest waiting area is maintained cleanly to provide a comfortable experience.
  • Facilitate proper coordination with chauffeurs on arranging for guests' departures & arrivals.
  • Handle phone calls & resolve general enquiries, escalating to relevant departments if required.
  • Manage any incoming mails & parcels, along with petty cash & file hardcopies of monthly reports of the front desk.
  • Summarise retail transaction settlements by verification.
  • Warmly welcome guests when they arrive & direct them to specific destinations if necessary.
  • Any ad-hoc duties as required.

Role Requirements:

  • Applicants with prior hotel lobby experience would be highly advantageous.
  • Possess fantastic communication, great work ethics, & open to constructive feedback with a high sense of responsibility.
  • Understand consumers' concerns & address them with feasible solutions.
