The Role

This is an integral role within the Group Sustainability team where you will work closely with internal stakeholders to implement net zero programme, carry out climate risk assessment and lead various reporting initiatives in alignment with GRESB, UNPRI, GRI and CSRD.

Job Responsibilities
  • Drive the development and implementation of a net zero roadmap, including periodic reporting and management of related data
  • Identify and evaluate emission reduction opportunities and pathways
  • Manage climate risk assessment process and reporting
  • Lead the annual GRESB and UNPRI benchmarking exercise, including proposing recommendations on how to improve sustainability practices in alignment with these frameworks
  • Support the annual sustainability report writing and publication
  • Support various sustainability initiatives, such as investor engagement surveys on ESG matters
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Sustainability or relevant field
  • Minimum of 7-8 years' experience in a business setting with a focus on sustainability and climate risk
  • Experienced in setting and implementing corporate emissions reductions goals aligned to industry standards such as with the Science-Based Target Initiative (SBTi)
  • Knowledge of key methodologies associated with energy and carbon reduction in the built-environment, e.g. energy assessments, carbon foot printing, life cycle assessment, carbon management
  • Familiar with reporting frameworks such as GRESB, UNPRI, GRI, TCFD and CSRD
  • Strong programme and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
