The opportunity
You enable our growth in the Asia Pacific region by nourishing, building, and developing our existing relationships with our clients in the Airlines & Travel vertical. Worldline maintains an industry leading position and boasts some of the largest and most recognizable names in airlines, online travel agencies, car-rentals, and hospitality as clients. We need a committed, driven and enthusiastic individual with an affinity for the travel industry to help us continue our rapid growth. You will be working with existing and new accounts and will be the main point of contact for our company. In this role, you play the role of trusted advisor and you're responsible for our clients' success using the Worldline platform and tech stack.
The Relationship Manager is a crucial position that affects every level of the organization. You will be on the front lines of relationship- and account management. You own the success of both our clients and our organization.

Your day-to-day responsibilitiesYou represent Worldline's full portfolio of brands with assigned customersYou work with our customers to build an understanding of their roadmap and future-proof the relationship by proactively accommodating their payment needsYou do ongoing analysis and review of business trends to identify gaps to plan and executionYou lead the annual operating plan & forecast process, collaborating with Finance, Business Units and Business Development ManagerYou make regular headquarter buyer calls, identify customer needs/priorities and crafting fact-based selling presentations for assigned accountsYou boost all commercial activities including contract renewals, pricing negotiations and delivering against revenue targetsYou're data-driven and use data analysis to identify areas where we can drive client revenue growth
Signs of successYou've developed trusted partnerships with global merchants and build long-term relationships at a senior level to ensure we are the key payment processor for their online businessYou create strategic business and quarterly account review plans to further enhance the relationship and profitability of our customersYou are the go-to for our customers to navigate through our company. You're not alone in this, and work together with co-workers in the assembled account team consisting of Operational and Administrative peopleYou maximize growth by increasing the share of wallet and deliver additional revenue streams by up-selling new products, value-added services, and FXYou deliver the best solution after evaluating alternative methods and explores the adaptation of policies, procedures, standards, techniques, materials, and equipmentYou possess deep knowledge about our client organizations and how effective decisions are madeYou understand and seek business problems specific to our company

Skills we'd like to haveYou have the ability to analyze data combine with in-market understanding and develop and communicate results, ideas, and strategies.You are able to lead your own personal travel schedule and T&E budget.You master the Microsoft Office pack.Commercial experience in payments, FinTech, or e-commerceKnowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM toolValue additional language skills such as Spanish and/or PortugueseUniversity degree
