Mailroom Clerk, 1 Year Contract (Convertible)

Salary:✓ $1600/month + $200 allowance

Contract duration:✓ Immediate - 1 year contract (Convertible to Perm)

Job descriptions:✓ Receiving and sorting of mails✓ Distribute mails to specific individuals / departments✓ Prepare and maintain records of Incoming mails✓ Ensure delivery of outgoing mails to courier or post office✓ Filing and archiving of documents / records✓ Data Entry✓ Franking of Outgoing mails✓ To deliver / collect mailbags to / from various departments✓ To hand deliver mails directly to specific individuals / departments✓ To obtain acknowledgement from receiver✓ To ensure all mailbags are sealed and accounted for✓ Other ad-hoc duties

Working hours:✓ Monday to Friday✓ 8:30am to 6:00pm

Location:✓ Bugis (Fixed) / Islandwide (Floater)
