Singapore CERTIS GROUP Full time

Job Description:

  • Establish, implement and maintain a targeted preventive health programme for children and youths in schools and Institutes of Higher Learning
  • Identify major health issues (e.g. smoking, obesity, chronic medical conditions)
  • Identify students at risk and formulate plans for evidence-informed outreach and intervention
  • Recommend suitable health promotion strategies and programmes for the general student population in consultation with related agencies
  • Be a role model (e.g. participate in relevant events / exercise together with students as part of rapport building where possible)
  • Monitor effectiveness and provide feedback via achievement of performance indicators and students'/school staff/parents' satisfaction levels

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Nursing, Food & Health Sciences, Counselling, Psychology, Sports Sciences or other health-related fields
  • Passionate in working with children and youth
  • Good communication, negotiation and time management skills
  • Candidate should be resourceful and able to work independently
