In-Room Dining Supervisor with Conrad Hotels and Resorts is responsible for supervising operations of the department to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while working with the team to ensure departmental targets are met.
What will I be doing?
As an In-Room Dining Supervisor, you are responsible for supervising operations of the department to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Room Service Supervisor would also be required to communicate and delegate tasks to the team to ensure departmental targets are achieved. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Supervise In-Room Dining operationsSupervise VIP amenity preparation and delivery, monitors in-house VIP's to ensure satisfactionHandles guest complains professionally and satisfactorilyChecks the accuracy of the guest's check before it is presented to the guestCoordinates with the order taker to ensure quick delivery of food and consistency of tray pick upKnowledgeable in bar tendering and wine serviceCommunicate and delegate tasks to the teamEnsure compliance of brand standardsManage guest queries in a timely and efficient mannerRepresent needs of the teamProvides guidance for improvement and implements necessary adjustmentsAssist F&B management with achieving financial targetsAssist F&B management with training and development of team membersComply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislationAssist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationshipsTo carry our any other duties as assigned by the immediate superiorsWhat are we looking for?
