By joining the Macquarie Summer Internship you'll become an integral member of the team for your entire placement. You'll be sitting side-by-side with business leaders, learning on the job, making a difference and working on live projects and transactions.
The experience you will have throughout your internship can set you up for a successful career following the completion of your studies.
Joining our Technology team as a developer, you will have the opportunity to work on the following areas: * trade capture systems, where you will have opportunities to work on the latest technologies and learn about system design and enterprise integration while developing platforms that are cloud native and highly performant; securities financing systems which support post trade processing of equity swap and stock borrow loan products where you can pick up development and integration skills working with both vendor and in-house platforms During the internship, you will be working closely with product specialists and traders, giving you an opportunity to understand the competitive and prestigious investment banking sector and make a real difference.
We're looking for students from engineering, computer science, quantitative degree backgrounds who are completing their degree in 2024. You will be looking to gain real experience and to help us create success for clients, colleagues and communities. You can build your own future as you contribute to ours.
