Responsibilities
- Contact private individuals by telephone to solicit sales for products and services;
- Attend to all client enquiries and requests via all communication channels promptly and professionally;
- Obtain names and telephone numbers of potential clients from sources such as telephone directories, and lists purchased from other organisations;
- Accurately record client information;
- Collaborate with retail team to respond to feedback or complaints;
- Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and orders;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and demonstrating professionalism, and integrity
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of prior high volume customer service experience
- Sales and target driven
- Excellent communication skills and able to communicate in professional and efficient manner
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to address client concerns and find appropriate solutions
- Excellent customer service phone etiquette
- Strong verbal / written communication skills with the ability to listen actively and respond appropriately to client needs
