As a Lobby Lounge Barista at Conrad Centennial Singapore, you are responsible for serving guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner, ensuring each encounter brings guest satisfaction and a positive and excellent guest experience. As Barista, you would also be required to have extensive coffee knowledge of menu offerings.



What will I be doing?

Manage guest queries in a friendly, timely, and efficient mannerTake and deliver customer orders, consistently demonstrating high levels of customer serviceEnsure knowledge of menu and all productsPrepares coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks, such as espresso, expresso lungo, latte, and cappuccino.Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply; stocking coffee brewing equipment; maintaining supplies for coffee bar.Keep equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.Ensure mis-en-place is well stocked at all floor stationsFollow correct reporting procedures if faced with issues or challengesEnsure coffee orders are of a consistently good standard and delivered in a timely mannerEnsure compliance of Hotel brand standardsComply with company security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislationPractice Hilton Grooming standards including uniform dress code, cleanliness and personal hygieneAssist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationshipsTo perform any other duties as assigned
