The Outlet Manager is responsible for the profitability and smooth operations of the Bakery outlet. He/She oversees the training and motivation of staff. He/She maintains high standards of quality control, hygiene, health and safety in the bakery.

Other duties as follows:
Administer purchasing and receiving procedures.
Analyse service quality and customer satisfaction.
Conduct staff performance assessment process.
Facilitate compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
Implement loss/risk prevention.
Lead team to implement change.
Manage and implement business continuity plans.
Manage compliance with food and beverage hygiene policies and procedures.
Manage cost and quality controls.
Manage crisis situations.
Manage outlet operations.
Manage site/outlet and equipment maintenance.
Manage training of new staff, ensure staff is properly trained. Increase staff retention and decrease staff turnover Monitor income and expenses.
Optimize workforce for service excellence.

Responsible for the smooth operations of outlet by ensuring outlet has sufficient manpower Responsible for cashier closing duties, ensuring there's no discrepancies.

Forecast business sales and ordering appropriate amount of stock work towards hitting sales target

Requirements SINGAPOREAN ONLY. Please. Minimum 2 years experience as a supervisory role in F&B industryAble to work until 10pm/10:30pm Must work on weekends and public holidays Physically fit and active Excellent people management skills; to communicate effectively and manage different personalities Must be willing to put in extra hours to ensure smooth running of the outlet.
Willing to work 6 days a week
