As they continue to grow, they are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Enterprise Risk Management Manager to join their dynamic team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop initiatives in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and related areas (like Control Self-Assessment and Key Risk Indicators) to enhance risk management capabilities and foster a risk aware culture across business units.
  • Conduct periodic assessments and reviews of risks and controls with internal stakeholders.
  • Design and deliver necessary training sessions.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of compliance programs.
  • Generate regular reports and offer independent assurance to Management and Board Risk Committees.
  • Periodically assess the effectiveness of ERM implementation and compliance across business units.

Key Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor\'s Degree with at least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in accounting, finance, or real estate is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
(Proficiency in Mandarin required to address queries from Mandarin-speaking associates regarding business matters).

  • Exceptional communication and workshop facilitation abilities.
  • Demonstrated creative problem solving skills.
  • Willingness to embrace new challenges.
