Work Location: Sin Ming RoadKey Responsibilities
• Attend to order enquiry from internal/external customers
• Respond to email enquiries
• Process of sales order
• Generate pick list/ delivery order/ invoice
• Compile delivery summary
• Generating sales quotation
• Coordinate with sales team on customer shipment requirements
• Liaise with the warehouse operation team on shipment requirement
• Handle self-collection customer
• Perform goods receive and issue process order in in-house system
• Prepare inventory reports for customers
Requirements:
• Possess at least a Secondary School/"O" Level, Higher Secondary Certification or equivalent
• Warehouse & Logistics operations experience preferred
• Motivated and energetic
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good accountability and a responsible person
• Able to multi task under fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, MS Excel and MS Word) and SAP
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
