Responsibilities

Business Development

· Use networks to source and develop relationships with clients that have a business need for our product and service offerings

· In charge of the Introduction and Demo calls with potential clients

· Craft, negotiate and close proposals with potential clients and renewals for existing clients

Client Project Management

· Serve as customer success agent in onboarding clients, advising on system integration, data structure and user training

· Engage with several internal cross-functional teams to incubate, launch, improve, and scale new features and user experiences across markets, functional areas, and verticals

· Present at industry events to generate relationships and identify industry trends and market opportunities

· Develop market knowledge for use throughout SenecaESG

· Assist in staffing development, communicate with related colleagues, and handle work assigned by CEO

Who we are looking for

· Fluent in English, proficiency in another language preferred.

· Bachelor degree or above

· Experience in sustainability consulting at a Big4 or other major consultancy, or ESG data / ratings from a major ESG services provider

· 0.5 – 1.5 years previous work experience

· Highly collaborative individual with demonstrated track record as a self-starter and the ability to multi-task and prioritize among competing demands
