Medical Receptionist

Job Description

• Frontline
  operations such as counter services, registration, dispensing of
  medication, cashiering
• Maintenance
  of documents such as patients' medical records, medical certificates and
  other medical related documents
• Maintenance
  of the clinic facility and keeping count of drug inventory
• Coordinating
  and scheduling appointments
• Tend
  to walk-in and phone enquiries
• Perform
  clinical administrative duties and daily operations
• Submitting
  Medical Reports and claims (TPA/CHAS/Medisave)
• Ad-hoc
  duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• No
  Experience required, training will be provided
• Min
  N/O level
• Able
  to start work immediately or short notice
