Roles and Responsibilities

  • Receiving of shipments, report on shortages/excess/damaged shipments upon receipt.
  • Assist in conducting regular inventory checks and ensure the accuracy of stock levels.
  • Administration & inventory documentation work.
  • Organizing of stocks in warehouse when necessary.
  • Coordinate with external contractors/suppliers
  • Assist in outlets stock enquiries and delivery arrangements
  • Other Ad-hoc work assigns by Store Manager or Management.

Requirements

Computer literate

Familiar with Microsoft Office

Bilingual

Experience in housekeeping
